What If I Want To See A Quote For Other Cities?
Sonoran Suites provides Golf Vacations in Scottsdale, Tucson, Palm Springs, San Diego, Las Vegas and Cabo San Lucas. If you would like to see pricing for other cities please feel free to submit multiple requests or contact your Golf Vacation Coordinator when you receive your original quote.

I Have A Quote From A Competitor, Will You Match It?
YES, Sonoran Suites prides itself on luxury accommodations and top quality golf vacations at a competitive price. Occasionally we will find a competitor is lower on a price. If this happens please provide your Golf Vacation Coordinator with a copy of the quote, if we find the accommodations and level of golf are comparable we will do our best to match it.

When Will I Know My Tee Times?
Tee Times are booked 60 - 120 days in advance depending on the golf courses requested. Please let your Golf Vacation Coordinator know what times you prefer and they will book the requested times based upon availability at each course. Tee Times cannot be booked until a reservation is made.

What Is Required For Booking?
Sonoran Suites requires a portion of the cost of your total golf package for a deposit, the remaining balance is due the day of arrival. The deposit amount varies depending on season, golf courses requested, rental car reservation, etc."

How Is The Final Payment Processed?
Sonoran Suites will charge the final balance due the day of arrival to the credit card(s) on file. In the case of groups of 12 or more players, or packages totaling $10,000 or more, the final balance is due by personal check/money order/cashiers check 30 days prior to arrival.

Can Everyone Pay Separately?
All golfers may send in a check for their portion of the balance due no later than 14 days prior to arrival for groups of 11 or fewer players. Sonoran Suites will also accept up to 4 credit cards for each reservation, except in the case of a group of 12 or more players, or a golf package totaling $10,000 or more, when payment by personal check/money order/cashiers check is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

What Type Of Accommodations Are Provided?
Sonoran Suites owns and operates our own condo vacation rentals in 6 Southwest destinations. One, two and three bedroom units are available with your choice of one king bed or two twin beds in each bedroom. Our furnished units include full kitchens and are equipped with all major appliances including a full size washer/dryer. On site amenities include heated pools and Jacuzzi’s, BBQ grills, workout facilities, covered parking, and tennis/volleyball courts (select locations).
