Sonoran Suites owns and operates our own condo vacation rentals in Scottsdale, Tucson, Palm Springs, San Diego and Las Vegas. One, two and three bedroom units are available with your choice of one king bed or two twin beds in each bedroom. Our furnished units include a full kitchen and are equipped with all major appliances including a full size washer/dryer. On site amenities include heated pools and Jacuzzi's, BBQ grills, workout facilities, covered parking, and tennis/volleyball courts (select locations). Vacation packages including hotel and resort accommodations are also available in Mesquite, NV.

Sonoran Suites requires a deposit at the time of reservation with the final balance due 14 days prior to arrival of guest. The following forms of payment are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express as well as personal, business, cashiers, travelers check and cash. If you would like to charge a credit card other than the card used to make the reservation please provide that no less than 14 days prior to arrival. Sonoran Suites prohibits guests under the age of 25 from making a reservation or occupying a unit without supervision.

Yes, for a minimal fee Sonoran Suites will guarantee a specific unit for your reservation. Sonoran Suites operates multiple properties in select cities, for the same fee you can request a specific property as well. Please ask a representative for details.

Sonoran Suites provides discounted golf tee times, adventure packages including tickets to local attractions, sporting events, tours and spa packages. Cable television upgrades, internet service, rollaway beds, crib rentals, additional housekeeping, grocery service and rental cars are also available for a fee at most locations.

Heated pools, jacuzzi's, workout facilities, BBQ grills, covered parking and business centers are available depending on the location of your reservation. Please inquire at the time of reservation if you have specific needs or requests.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.

Each bedroom will have your choice of either one king bed or two twin beds set up in each bedroom prior to arrival. Our units do not have "pullout couches," a rollaway bed is available for an additional $20 per night if needed.

For the safety of our guests and to comply with local fire regulations, the maximum occupancy is as follows: One Bedroom Unit - 3 guests, Two Bedroom Unit - 5 guests, Three Bedroom Unit - 7 guests. This includes children and infants.

YES, all quotes are fully adjustable for courses, dates, rental cars, number of players, etc.

YES, Sonoran Suites prides itself on luxury accommodations and top quality golf vacations at a competitive price. Occasionally we will find a competitor is lower on a price. If this happens please provide your Golf Vacation Coordinator with a copy of the quote, if we find the accommodations and level of golf are comparable we will do our best to match it.

Tee Times are booked 30 - 120 days in advance depending on the golf courses requested. Please let your Golf Vacation Coordinator know what times you prefer and they will book the requested times based upon availability at each course. Tee Times cannot be booked until a reservation is made. Courses that have been quoted are subject to availability. If a specific course is not available at your requested day and/or time every reasonable attempt will be made to accommodate your request, including altering the day or time you have requested to coincide with course availability.

Sonoran Suites requires a portion of the cost of your total golf package as a deposit, the remaining balance is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit amount varies depending on season, golf courses requested, rental car reservation, etc.

Sonoran Suites will charge the final balance due at least 14 days before arrival to the credit card(s) on file. For groups of 12 or more players, or packages totaling $10,000 or more, the final balance is due by personal, business or cashier's check 30 days prior to arrival. Payments on credit card in access of $10,000 or more are subject to 3.5% credit card fees.

All golfers may send in a check for their portion of the balance due no later than 14 days prior to arrival for groups of 11 or fewer players. Sonoran Suites will also accept up to 4 credit cards for each reservation, except in the case of a group of 12 or more players, or a golf package totaling $10,000 or more, when payment by personal check/money order/cashier's check is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
